  • NAME OF SPONSORS: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by ESPN Radio, ABC Radio Networks Assets, L.L.C., (the "Sponsor/Administrator") 77 W 66th Street, New York, NY 10023 (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sponsor") and is presented by DraftKings (the "Presenter").
  • ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C., (EXCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, U.S. RESIDENTS IF LOCATED IN OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES), who are 21 years old or older as of the date of entry (an "Entrant" or "You").

    Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for ESPN Radio, DraftKings, and CAA Premium Experience, a division of CAA Sports (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
  • HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER:

    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

    On Fridays during the NFL season, beginning September 18th, 2015, hosts Ryen Russillo and Danny Kanell of the ESPN Radio national show Russillo & Kanell will play an "either or" fantasy-related game for 5 positions (QB, RB, WR, TE and defense positions) and will pick who will have a better game fantasy-wise. Points will be assigned to their correct picks. As points accumulate, the elements included in the Grand Prize will increase. There will be one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Grand Prize winner of this Sweepstakes.

    To enter the Sweepstakes an entrant must be a member of ESPN.com or one of our family of sites (ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online, EXPN.com, Family.com). If an entrant is already a member, the entrant should log onto ESPNRadio.com, click on the link for the Sweepstakes and follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Member registration is free at all of the above sites. If the entrant is not a member of any of these sites, the entrant can register by logging on to ESPNRadio.com, clicking on the link for the Sweepstakes, clicking on the registration link, and following the instructions to register and enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants will be asked to provide their name, e-mail address, zip code, birth date, gender and to select a password. Entrants will also be asked if they want to consent to receive promotional e-mails from the Administrator/Sponsor/Presenter. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and is not required in order to become a member or to win and such consent will not improve an entrant's chances of winning. Entrants may also be asked to answer survey questions or to consent to receive promotional e-mails from the Presenter. Answering survey questions or consenting to receive these promotional e-mails is also optional and does not affect eligibility to enter or win the Sweepstakes or improve an entrant's chances of winning.

    SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins 12:00 am ET Friday, September 18, 2015 and ends 11:59 pm ET Monday, January 4, 2016 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time (ET). This Sweepstakes is made up of one entry period with one drawing in which all eligible entries are automatically entered.

    LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ONE PERSON HAS MORE THAN ONE E-MAIL ADDRESS) OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS) OR MAILING ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME MAILING ADDRESS) PER DAY (up to a total of 109 entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period).

    Sponsor can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt or successful submission of your entry. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.   • WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 11, 2016 from among all eligible entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone.

    The Administrator/Sponsor will conduct the drawing. By participating, entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator/Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

    In case of dispute as to identity of the winner, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if the prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. The "registered user" is the natural person to whom an e-mail address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the e-mail address in the membership profile used to login for the entry.

    Limit one prize per winner for this Sweepstakes.

    ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.

    Final determination of winner is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
  • PRIZE(S): Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive up to three (3) trip credits with CAA Premium Experience, depending on the number of correct picks by ESPN Radio show hosts Russillo & Kanell ("Hosts") during the Sweepstakes Period.

    Prize #1: When Ryen & Danny make 20 Correct Picks, one Grand Prize Winner will receive:

    Approximate Retail Value of All Trips, if Awarded: $27,250

    The prize awarded will depend solely on the number of correct picks made by the Hosts during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event that the Hosts do not make at least 45 correct picks Prize #2 and Prize #3 will not be awarded; in the event Hosts do not make at least 60 correct picks Prize #3 will not be awarded.

    Final actual value at time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on dates of travel, point of origin and ticket availability. Some restrictions may apply. If the actual value of the prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

    All final details regarding any and all prizes awarded to Winner will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and CAA Premium Experience. Any trips awarded as part of the Grand Prize must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor and CAA based on availability. Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses related to the Grand Prize trip (including but not limited to airline baggage fees, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, ground transportation, insurance, and other personal expenses) not specified herein. Grand Prize Winner must provide own transportation to and from airport of departure.

    All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change and availability. Grand Prize winner and any travel companions must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time. Promotion Entities will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates, or prize items. Unless travel companion is a child or ward of Grand Prize winner, any guest of the Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older. In the event the Grand Prize winner or Grand Prize winner's guest engages in behavior that (as determined by CAA Premium Experience in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and winner's travel companion home with no further compensation. Winner and guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel.

    Prize is not transferable except at discretion of Sponsor. No prize substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. Sponsor reserves the right it its sole discretion to award the actual cash equivalent of any prize in lieu of the prize itself. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS AND WILL BE BASED ON THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZES. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Winner must provide his or her social security number on an IRS Form W-9.

    If potential winner does not respond to notification e-mail of prize selection within five (5) days of its transmission, or should an e-mail, after up to three (3) attempts, be returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release, within five (5) days of the date printed on the prize notification. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. If a prize is forfeited for any reason after confirmation and award, the prize will not be awarded to an alternate winner.
  • RELEASES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final in all respects.

    By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release ESPN Radio, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, L.L.C, DraftKings and CAA Premium Experience, a division of CAA Sports, each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

    Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence, photograph, statement, and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
  • MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS' LIST: Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

    Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
