A RIESEN^® TO PARTY AT THE ESPY SWEEPSTAKES

I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)

WMVP (AM), and its licensee Sports Radio Chicago, LLC ("ESPN 1000") (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sponsor") located at 190 N. State Street, 7th floor, Chicago, IL 60601.

II. ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must be twenty one (21) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 3/15/17 and must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, other US Territories and Foreign Territories) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States Law. Do not enter if you are not located in the United States or District of Columbia.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Riesen^®, Sponsor, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

To enter the Sweepstakes an entrant must be a member of espn.com or one of ESPN's family of sites (ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online, ESPN.com, Family.com). If an entrant is already a member, the entrant should navigate to and log onto the ESPNRadio.com page, click on the Sweepstakes image or go to www.espn.com/Riesen and follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Registration is free at all of the above mentioned sites. If the entrant is not a member, the entrant can register by navigating to the ESPNRadio.com page, clicking on the Sweepstakes image, clicking on the registration link, and follow the instructions to register then enter. Entrants will be asked to provide their name, e-mail address, zip code, birth date, gender and to select a password. Entrants will also be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to become a member or win and will not improve an entrant's chances of winning. Entrants may also be asked to answer survey questions or to consent to receive promotional e-mails from a presenter. Answering survey questions or consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes and will not improve an entrant's chances of winning

Sweepstakes starts March 15, 2017 at 11:59 AM CT and ends May 30, 2017 at 11:59 PM CT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Limit one (1) entry per person (regardless of whether a person has more than one (1) email address) or email address (regardless of whether more than one (1) person used the same email address) or mailing address (regardless of whether more than one (1) person uses the same mailing address during the Sweepstakes Period) per day (up to a total of seventy six (76) entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period).

All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Invalid entries will not be acknowledged, returned, or eligible for further consideration. The use of automated entry devices of any kind is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or indecipherable entries.

Sponsor can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt or successful submission of your entry. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form. Except as otherwise contemplated by these official rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, information provided by you for these Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at https://disneyprivacycenter.com/privacy-policy-translations/english ("Privacy Policy")

Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, misdirected, altered, or tampered with.

IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED

One (1) prize winner will be selected at random on or about the following date: 05/31/17 from all valid entries accepted during the Sweepstakes Period outlined above.

In the event a winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with Sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random, time permitting.

Winner will be notified by Sponsor on or about 6/5/17 via contact information provided in the entry materials, and winner will have three (3) days to claim their prize.

To claim prize, (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) winner will be required to sign, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within ten (10) days of date printed on prize notification, and (c) winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign a liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.

Failure to provide all required information, documents and signature(s), or return of prize notification as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of rights to be declared a prize winner and/or receive prize.

Limit one (1) prize for this Sweepstakes. People who have won any other prizes through ESPN.com within ninety (90) days of entry are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

Final determination of winner is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.

V. PRIZE(S)

There will be one (1) prize winner. The prize winner and one guest will receive A) two (2) night hotel accommodations in the Los Angeles area (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (one (1) standard room, double occupancy); B) roundtrip economy-class air travel for the winner and guest between a major metropolitan airport in the U.S. near winner's residence and the Los Angeles International Airport (both departure and arrival airports shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); airfare provided only if winner does not reside within one hundred (100) miles of downtown Los Angeles; C) rental car for duration of trip outlined D) red carpet access for winner and guest on 7/12/17 at Microsoft Theater E) two (2) tickets to the ESPY Award on 7/12/17 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles F) ESPY After Party event access for winner and guest on 7/12/17 (location TBD) Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize: $4,950.

Trip must be taken between July 11th 2017 and July 13th 2017. Telephone calls, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel/personal expenses and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel. If guest is a minor, that guest must be the child or legal ward of winner.

Prize (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, refunded, or redeemed for cash and cannot be rescheduled to dates not with the Trip period set forth above.

Final actual value of prize at time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on dates of travel, point of origin and ticket availability. If the actual value of the prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. If winner elects to take the Trip without guests or fewer guests than allowed, components of the Trip will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of travelers and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for same. Some restrictions may apply.

Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove winner and/or guests from any activity at any time if such person's behavior at any point is disruptive or may or does cause damage to person, property or the reputation of Sponsor, or an affiliate, or otherwise violates the rules or policies of the Sponsor or the applicable location.

Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Winner must provide his or her social security number on an IRS Form W-9.

Winner is not entitled to exchange or transfer the prize (or any portion thereof) or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the VIP Tour of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of the prize. Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

VI. RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.

By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Riesen^® (Storck USA, L.P., August Storck KG), Sponsor, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS' LIST

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Sweepstakes as originally planned.

The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

All disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the meaning or interpretation of these official rules or any prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

For the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Riesen^® to Party at the ESPY Sweepstakes", 190 N. State Street, 7th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601 within sixty (60) days after Sweepstakes end date.
