Q: How long does it take to play a round of golf? Austin from Oregon
A: Austin, this depends on many things. Both the skills of the player and length of the course can effect the time it takes to complete a round of golf. Typically, golf courses suggest that a round of golf should take four hours. However, if a golfer needs a lot of strokes to finish a course or if the course has a lot of really long holes, it can take longer. If a course is crowded and players have to wait until the group in front of them finishes a hole, which can also add to the time it takes to play.
